Walthon Advokater has advised Omegapoint in the company’s strategic acquisition of the cyber security company Secana, founded by Roger Holfeldt. Secana specializes in consulting, expertise and skills enhancement in risk and security for both the private and public sectors. Secana will become a wholly owned subsidiary to Omegapoint Cyber Security AB.
