Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of four properties in Stockholm, with an underlying property value of SEK 90 000 000. The objects have a total lettable area of approximately 4 250 square meters of which the majority are warehouse/industrial premises.
