Walthon is legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of a property portfolio of 24 properties with a total underlying property value of SEK 1.16 billion. The portfolio consists of properties situated in Jönköping, Malmö, Norrköping and Stockholm. The objects have a total lettable area of approximately 85,000 square meters and primarily consist of warehouse/logistics premises.

Closing is expected to take place in November 2023.
