Walthon Advokater is legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with two separate transactions where Corem has entered into agreements for the divestment of 19 properties in Jönköping, Huddinge and Linköping with a total underlying property value of SEK 768 million. The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 69,050 square meters. The properties in Huddinge and Linköping primarily consists of light industry and warehouses premises and in Jönköping the properties mainly contains premises for warehouses with elements of offices.
