Madeleine Sifvert has over two decades of experience in providing expert advice on construction law, dispute resolution and public procurement. She assists clients in complex contractual matters and day-to-day operations, acts as a representative in commercial disputes in court and arbitration proceedings, and provides strategic advice in business-critical situations.

Madeleine has particular expertise in the central contract systems used in the construction, industrial and engineering sectors, including AB, ABT, AB/ABT-U, ABM, ABK, NL, NLM, ABA and FIDIC. In public procurement, Madeleine assists during the tender phase and in review cases and procurement-related damages disputes. She is also engaged as an arbitrator and has been a representative in several precedent-setting cases in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Madeleine is also regularly engaged as a course leader in legal training programmes. Through the Court Academy's advanced course in public procurement, Madeleine participates in the continuing education of judges and lawyers in Sweden's courts.
