Sten Sjöstedt has acquired more than 20 years’ experience of dealing with insolvency matters in a number of different sectors. Sten has also frequently been appointed as an official receiver in bankruptcy for the past 15 years. He works as a reconstruction administrator and liquidator. Sten has also specialised in corporate law matters relating in particular to small and medium-sized enterprises. He has been involved in a large number of mergers and acquisitions involving both Swedish and international principal partners. Furthermore, since 2013, Sten has been a member of the Board of IGAL (Intercontinental Grouping of Accountants and Lawyers), the international network that Walthon belongs to.
