Clarissa Fröberg has extensive experience in business transfers and contract law. Clarissa also provides advice on corporate and marketing law matters. Clarissa is also a member of the firm’s German Desk, where she primarily assists German companies with establishing a presence in Sweden and provides ongoing business law advice to the firm’s German clients. Clarissa primarily represents companies of all sizes, as well as government agencies.

Clarissa assists the firm’s clients with drafting, interpreting, and negotiating contracts. She also advises the firm’s larger and international clients in connection with the acquisition or sale of businesses or the outsourcing of business areas. In addition, she works on matters involving the drafting and negotiation of distribution and reseller agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing and security agreements. Clarissa also provides ongoing advice on marketing law issues and legal matters related to e-commerce.
