M2 Asset Management has divested 49 properties located in Enköping, Sigtuna, Södertälje, Tierp, Tranås, Vaggeryd, Söderhamn and Nässjö. The underlying property value is SEK1.3 billion and the purchaser is SBB i Norden AB.
