Walthon Advokater has through Jürgen Conzen and the team comprising Clarissa Fröberg, Louise Berlin and Stefan Berglöf assisted the Atotech Group, based in Berlin, Germany, on the acquisition of all shares in J-KEM International AB. J-KEM International AB, established in 1995, conducts research, development and sales of high quality chemical products and processes. The acquisition will further strengthen the Atotech Group’s portfolio by the incorporation of J-KEM’s products and technologies.
