Walthon Advokater is legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of a property portfolio of 14 properties located in Gothenburg, Huddinge, Norrköping, and Västerås, at a total underlying property value of SEK 1,204 million. The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 72,100 square meters, mainly consisting of office, warehouse, and retail spaces.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place on 1 October 2025.
