Jenny Hildén is a member of Walthon’s insolvency team and specialized in bankruptcy proceedings, company reconstructions and liquidation proceedings. Since 2011 Jenny is frequently appointed as an official receiver in bankruptcy. She also assists clients with matters involving real estate and tenancy law, as well as with general commercial law issues.
