Madeleine Ericson (Kärde) specialises in insolvency law, company reconstruction and dispute resolution. She has several years’ experience in providing advice on all issues relating to insolvency law and is regularly involved in dispute resolution, especially regarding recovery issues in bankruptcy proceedings. She represents both companies with financial problems and creditors and other interested parties in disputes, in and out of court. Madeleine also has extensive experience in contract negotiations and in different types of transfers, as well as in providing advice in the field of general commercial law and corporate law.
