Walthon Advokater is acting as legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with its issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million under a new bond loan with a framework of SEK 2 billion. Corem will apply for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Sustainable Bond List.
