Walthon Advokater acted legal advisor when Corem Property Group AB (publ), in three separate transactions, signed contracts to divest the properties Västerås Köpmannen 5, Borås Bromsen 3, Borås Bromsen 4, Borås Spindeln 13 and Borås Spindeln 14 as well as the site leasehold to Hallstahammar Nickeln 2 for a total underlying property value of SEK 420 million.

The total lettable area amounts to approximately 41,000 sq.m. and primarily consists of retail premises.
