Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to M2 Asset Management AB (publ) in connection with the company’s issuance of a new senior unsecured bond loan in the total amount of SEK 200 million within a framework amount of SEK 2 billion. M2 will apply for listing of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
