Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Klövern AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of twelve properties in Malmö, Lund, Norrköping and Västerås with a total underlying property value of SEK 610,000,000. The objects have a total lettable area of approximately 120,700 square meters and primarily consist of warehouse/logistics premises.
