Walthon Advokater has been the legal advisor to Lanetalk AB in connection with the company’s investment round to raise SEK 23,000,000 from new and existing investors by new issues of shares and warrants. The investment aims to further develop the company’s products and services. The capital injection will help strengthen the company’s position in the international bowling market.
