Walthon Advokater has advised Sophronie Wines AB, a company with business operations in the import and sale of alcoholic beverages, in connection with the acquisition of Intermondi AB. Intermondi AB operates in the same industry, and the acquisition is a good complement to Sophronie Wines’ business.
