Walthon Advokater has, through Jürgen Conzen and the team Clarissa Fröberg and Louise Berlin, assisted Compagnie Gervais Danone S.A. in the acquisition of a minority stake in ProViva AB from Skånemejerier Ekonomisk Förening. Danone already holds a major stake in ProViva and thus strengthens its position as the majority shareholder in the company.
