Walthon Advokater has, through Paul Hastings LLP, assisted IYUNO Media Group in the merger with BTI Studios. IYUNO Media Group and BTI Studios will merge under the IYUNO Media Group brand. Following the merger, the combined company will become a new global market leader in content localization.
Walthon’s team mainly consisted of Maria Norrman, Louise Berlin and Oscar Norrfalk.
