Through these recruitments we create a ”dream team” within real estate transactions, international M&A and capital markets.

Walthon Advokater started its operations in May 2018 when partners Jonas Jonsson, Madeleine Sifvert, Mats Willman, Michael Cohen, Niklas Haak, Sten Sjöstedt, Urban Hjelm and Ulf Stigare left Advokatfirman NOVA, together with their co-workers.

Walthon offers high-quality business and commercial law advisory services, with focus on dispute resolution, construction, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and reconstruction, commercial contracts, real estate as well as public procurement. This week Walthon will move into their newly renovated offices at Stureplan 4A.
