Walthon Advokater has been legal advisor to Odd Molly International AB (publ) as the company now makes two offensive acquisitions. Odd Molly has entered into an agreement to acquire Used By, a digital platform for second hand fashion sales, which will become a new business area with high growth potential that meets the growing demand for sustainable consumption. At the same time, Odd Molly has decided to broaden its business through the acquisition of a larger logistics property. In connection with these two acquisitions, the company furthermore intends to carry out a targeted cash new issue of MSEK 16 to strengthen the group\u2019s future growth.<\/p>\n
