Walthon Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the company\u2019s first green bond loan with a framework amount of SEK 2 billion. Walthon has assisted Corem in connection with the initial issue of senior unsecured green bonds in the total amount of SEK 850 million as well as in connection with two tap issues of senior unsecured green bonds in the total amount of SEK 350 million under the green bond loan. The initial bonds are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm\u2019s Sustainable Bond List and Corem will also apply for listing of the bonds issued in the two tap issues on Nasdaq Stockholm\u2019s Sustainable Bond List.<\/p>\n
