Logistea AB has completed a new share issue of SEK 350 million with preferential rights for existing shareholders. The offer was oversubscribed. Among the major shareholders who subscribed in the issue are Ilija Batljan and Rutger Arnhult.<\/p>\n
Logistea AB is a real estate company focusing on warehouse and logistics properties whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap. The new share issue is carried out in line with the company’s overall growth target of achieving SEK 15 billion in property value within three years, by the end of 2024.<\/p>\n
