Walthon Advokater is legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of a property portfolio of 47 properties with a total underlying property value of SEK 5,350 million. The portfolio consists of properties situated in Gothenburg, J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping, Malm\u00f6, Stockholm and V\u00e4ster\u00e5s. The objects have a total lettable area of approximately 357,000 square meters and primarily consist of warehouse\/logistics premises.<\/p>\n

Closing will be made in two stages; the first closing is expected to take place in the middle of February 2023 and the second closing is expected to take place in the middle of April 2023. The transaction is conditional on the approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.<\/p>\n
