The share issue was directed to Swedish and international institutional and other professional investors and the company\u2019s largest shareholder. The subscription price in the share issue was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and a part of the share issue is conditional upon approval by an extraordinary general meeting in the company and that the general meeting adopts new Articles of Association, amending the limits for the number of shares and the share capital of the company.<\/p>\n
