Walthon Advokater is legal advisor to Corem Property Group AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of a property portfolio of five properties located in Link\u00f6ping, Uppsala and \u00d6rebro, for a total underlying property value of SEK 1,74 billion. The objects have a total leasable area of approximately 46,100 square meters and primarily consist of office and hotel premises.<\/p>\n

The transaction is conditional upon decision from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products, ISP, according to the Screening of Foreign Direct Investments Act. The decision is expected to be obtained by the end of June 2025.<\/p>\n
